DO NOT reply to the order confirmation email, draft order invoice or the shipping notification invoice. MSC does NOT receive these reply’s. The Arkansas store can NOT help with orders places directly on THIS website, invoices sent, or in store purchases made at the Mississippi store. They can not access our orders, inventory, etc. 

Emails are answered within 2 business days. Monday-Friday only. Except durning a sales event we ask up to 3 business days. This excludes any holidays.  If you email on Friday after 4pm or anytime on Saturday or Sunday your email will began processing the next business day. All emails are answered from oldest to newest. If you continue to reply to your same email it will bump it back up to the top making the reply time delayed. Please notify a admin in MSC Facebook group if you have not received a email response within the 2/3 business days. 

Please include your order number in the subject line. If you have a quick question like sizing, prices, or wondering if something will come back in stock you can chat with us on the website or comment on a Facebook post.
