Shipping policy

All Ready to ship items process within 7-10 business days, not including the date of purchase. Except durning a sale event ( discount FB sale, Black Friday, Holiday sale) we ask 10-15 business days due to the amount of volume durning these events. They will then be dropped off or picked up by USPS and are estimated to arrive to you in 3-5 business days. This excludes any holidays and weekends.. Please follow our Facebook page to see updates. 
If there is severe weather like snow, ice, tornadoes and storms USPS will be closed and we can not drop off any items to them. Please follow our Facebook page or email us on weather delays. 

IT IS NORMAL for your tracking number to be created and then sit showing “ pre shipment “ for several days. However, if your order still shows pre shipment for longer than 10 business days and no delay has been announced on our Facebook or website then please send a email! 

If you order preorder items and RTS together you WILL NOT receive all items until everything arrives. 

Once the item leaves our store we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You must contact your local post office for claims or issues. All orders now come with an automatic $100 of insurance. You will need to go online at USPS to open a claim and the carrier will communicate with you. We will not refund, discount, credit, or exchange items that are lost or stolen. If you need help with a claim please send us a email. If your order is over 120 days old USPS will not allow a claim to be filed. The earlier you file, the better chance you have of usps locating your package, and/or issuing you a refund.
