Refund policy
All sales are FINAL! All items bought on sale, use of a discount, or use of a rep discount code ARE FINAL SALE! They are not refundable, returnable, or able to be exchanged.
However, if a manufacture defect is noticed you can opted for a refund, a store credit, or an exchange if the item WAS BOUGHT AT FULL PRICE. The item(s) must be in their original packaging with tags still attached and returned to the seller before a refund can process. You must present the defect in a email with attached photos and order number within 5 business days of the item being delivered. We will provide you with a paid return label, if your item(s) qualify.
You must have the items dropped off to the post office, or placed in your mailbox for usps to pick the item up and tracking reflect within 4 business day. If the item(s) does not show active tracking within the timeframe stated above, the return agreement is canceled.
- Items that are bought durning a sale, with a coupon, discount code, discounted, ect. Are FINAL sale. This includes manufacture defects.
Cancelled orders: If a order is cancelled at your request, a $2 restock fee PER ITEM will be held from your refund to cover payment fees that are withheld from us by the payment processor, and to cover employee pay for pulling/restocking your items.
Exchanges and or refunds are not available for incorrect sizing purchased by you.
- All smocks are hand sewn and will very from item to item. ( Ex. One eye bigger than the other, character positioned different than on the mock-up, extra strings, etc.)
All refunds take an average of 3-5 business days not including the day of the refund to be released back to you. Depending on who you bank with will determine how long it takes for you to receive a refund.
